When I was best man at a wedding in 2018 I found out how important a toastmaster was to the timekeeping and general atmosphere of a wedding, so when myself and my now- wife were organising ours it was a no-brainer for us to make sure we had one for our special day.
We first met Joe over video chat, and immediately we could grasp his gentle and caring nature. As we continued to have our video chats leading up to the big day we looked forward to these meetings even more each time. His organisational skills left us in no doubt that we were in safe hands, and he is happy to adapt the day to your preferences and needs.
The wedding day was absolute perfection and I feel that Joe can take a lot of credit for it, he kept us updated on each moving part of the whirlwind event and reminded us of what was up next throughout the day, so we didn’t get lost in it all.

Firebird Events have worked at a number of large charity and fundraising events plus key special celebration nights at Wentworth where Joe has been an intrinsic part of both the pre event planning and on the day delivery with his main role being the MC for the events.
We observed his skills as an auctioneer and Joe ensures that everyone enjoys this very important part of the event and definitely puts the fun back into fundraising, with a great skill of keeping all the audience engaged.
At these events whilst planning is key, in variably there can be changes at last minute, and Joe has the ability to remove any stress from the organisers and venue team and keep everyone informed and enjoying the event.

We booked Joe to be our toastmaster at our April wedding, I don't know what we would have done without him. Joe really does help the day run smoothly keeping everything on track. we had a couple of meetings before the big day which really put our nervous at ease. As the big day arrived Joe made sure the groom knew what he had to do. Spoke with our wedding coordinator to make sure everything was how it should be and how we wanted it.
Throughout the day Joe worked with our videographer and photographer making sure they got the photos they needed moving guests from one area to another. We had guests saying to us how smoothly the day run because we had Joe!
Joe also made sure me and my husband had small bits of time throughout the day together just to take it all in, this wouldn't of happened if we didn't have Joe. Walking into the evening reception Joe had arranged our guest to surprise us with an arch to welcome us in it was amazing and a fantastic photo opportunity.
Joe really is amazing at what he does, I didn't actually realise to begin with how important a toastmaster is to make your day run smoothly!
